Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 2026

This notice explains how Rexcastle Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. Rexcastle Ltd is the data controller for that information.

What we collect

If you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, organisation and project details you choose to provide. We do not collect any other personal information through this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver services you have asked about. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you have initiated — and, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which forwards them to us by email and stores a record on our behalf. Formspree processes data on servers located in the United States under appropriate safeguards. Our email is hosted by our email provider. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Where an enquiry leads to work, records are retained for as long as needed for that engagement and for six years afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email hello@rexcastle.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
